New Community Drum Circle !!!
Every Tuesday evening

Henri's Music in Appleton
5:30 - 6pm  Intro to hand drumming and warm-up
6 - 7pm Community style drum circle

All ages and skill levels are welcome!
Community drum circles are perfect for beginning beginner drummers and
those that have experience playing hand drums and percussion.
Facilitated by Robin Cardell of the Oshkosh Rhythm Institute, these
circles will utilize hand drums and percussion instruments from all over the
world to create beautiful music "in the moment". No need to read music.
We will have extra instruments for you to use or you can bring your own.
Of course, Henri's carries a wide selection
of quality instruments for purchase as well.

From 5:30 - 6:00 pm Robin will offer an intro to hand drumming -
including beginning hand drum technique to enable you to play safely and
get some different sounds out of the drums. Basic fundamentals of rhythm
and playing in a community drum circle will also be covered. Feel free to
show up at 5:30 even if you don't need the lesson as this is a great warm
up for the circle.

From 6:00 - 7:00pm We will play together, sharing our rhythmical spirits in
a fun, "failure-free", safe environment.
